1 · UAE Delivery
- Delivery time: 1–3 business days
- Delivery charge: AED 25 across the UAE (AED 40 for Al Gharbia – the Al Dhafra / Western Region)
- Free delivery on all UAE orders above AED 250
2 · GCC Delivery
Please contact us on WhatsApp before ordering for GCC delivery availability and charges.
3 · Order Processing
Each order is carefully prepared once your purchase is confirmed. You will receive an update as soon as your order has been dispatched.
4 · Returns & Exchanges
- Return requests are accepted within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unworn and returned in their original packaging
- Earrings and pierced jewelry are non-returnable for hygiene reasons
- Sale items are non-returnable
- Return delivery fees are paid by the customer
5 · Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs, and we will make it right.
